ALAQTAR is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in setting and managing sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. You will also lead and direct the account management and sales teams to increase client satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and updating sales plans, including target clients, revenue goals, necessary resources, and timeframe- Follow up and evaluate the performance of the sales and account management teams- Oversee the evaluation of key account performance- Monitor market conditions and trends- Utilize historical sales data and trends to improve sales performance- Ensure smooth sales transactions and address client requests- Ensure subordinates possess adequate knowledge of ALAQTAR's products- Prepare necessary paperwork for sales transactions- Suggest corrective measures to increase sales volume- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience- Fluent in Arabic and English- Experience in the same industry is preferredJoin our team and contribute to ALAQTAR's success in the industry!
