Job Description: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of major electrical equipment and systems within the organization. You will play a crucial role in the design, execution, and optimization of projects across various domains, especially Chemical and Oil & Gas.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all phases of electrical equipment installations, including transformers, DG sets, motors, HT/LT panels, DB/CP, EHT systems, Cathodic Protection, Hazardous area equipment, and ELV systems.
2. Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
3. Participate in and lead the design and implementation of HV, MV, and LV systems including load lists, single-line diagrams, schematics, and power/electrical/layout drawings.
4. Act as a primary point of contact for client and vendor coordination, managing relationships independently and effectively.
5. Engage in hands-on fieldwork and provide technical guidance for both existing plant modifications and greenfield projects.
6. Gather data and inputs crucial for project planning and execution.
7. Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure project deliverables align with the organizational goals.

Expert knowledge of electrical systems installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Ability to work independently and coordinate with clients and vendors effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Chemical or Oil & Gas industries. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.

Requirements Responsibilities:

Project Management and Supervision: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Review the work progress on a daily basis.

Communication and Reporting: Report project progress and budget matters to clients. Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements. Maintain a daily diary of the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.

Problem Solving: Resolve any problems that may arise due to emergencies, delays, or other issues.

Documentation: Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
