Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Leveraging data to drive insights that inform key business decisions and drive growth for the business.
• Create and manage all effective business intelligence tools and dashboards and provide standardized and concise performance information in an executive-style format.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft questions to generate maximum value using the enterprise data warehouse & analytics to achieve business goals.
• In coordination with the commercial team, pro-actively identify business improvement opportunities in the areas of cost, revenue and customer satisfaction and evangelize these opportunities with the wider business to drive adoption.
• Develops appropriate tools to improve business management and decision-making and increase visibility to trends and underlying root causes.
• Lead efforts to develop the strategic roadmap, build appropriate business cases and continue investment in the refinement of the organization’s analytical capabilities, resources.
• Pursue a quality focused ethos about analytics across the business as well as in the analytics team. Practice the ‘one version of the truth’ philosophy, ensuring that all analytical insight can be aligned with this and is rooted in data.
• Identify and recommend investments in team and technology and help define and monitor SLA’s and quality standards ensuring the Analytics team meet these and sets an example of best practice in analytics excellence for the wider organization.
• Maintain the Itinerary Margin KPIs and other data bases through data collection from various departments (Finance, Data Science, Forecasting and CRM Systems)
• Develops and implements reporting processes and reports that will enable the business to measure the success of promotional activities.
• Maintain and store historical data that will be used to further develop the P&RM Systems
