Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat messaging platform - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Creativity and planning skills to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
