Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Associate to join our team at Sipchem in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and maximize customer success - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and drive retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to enhance their understanding and usage - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Develop and implement customer success strategies to meet and exceed KPIs and goals


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 4 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
