Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care and a strong ability to adapt to different situations.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Providing accurate information to customers regarding services, schedules, and policies - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conducting research to find innovative solutions to customer problems - Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling various customer situations - Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
