Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, energetic, and possesses strong research and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with the customer success team to gather feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors - Assist with the creation of customer success materials such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
