Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Online Support Associate to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Jeddah, SA. The Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online platforms. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with online products and services. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Process online orders and returns efficiently and accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 6. Keep up-to-date with company policies, products, and promotions. 7. Identify opportunities for product or process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements: 1. Passionate and driven individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation. 3. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Experience in e-commerce or online customer support preferred.
