Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze chat data to identify trends and improve the overall customer service experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Resilient attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
