Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a driven and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our online platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong emotional intelligence and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of the company's online platforms, including website and social media channels - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online marketing campaigns - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of online initiatives and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
