Online Operations Associate

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Medina, SA. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online operations for the company, including website management, online sales, and customer support. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth online operations and alignment with overall business goals. - Analyze online data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance online presence. - Utilize emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with customers and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Support the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
