Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team at Saudi Post in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor online transactions, orders, and shipments to ensure smooth operations. 2. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed. 3. Work closely with the customer service team to address any online platform-related inquiries or issues. 4. Analyze data and generate reports to track and improve key performance indicators. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns on our online platform. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for improvement. 7. Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities on the online platform.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
