Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations remotely, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities - Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures - Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient individual who can work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members - Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
