Operations Associate

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company in Jeddah, SA is looking to hire a part-time Operations Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience. We are seeking an independent and hardworking individual with strong leadership and critical thinking skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in overseeing daily operations within the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity. 2. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow. 3. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to meet business goals. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Support the Operations Manager in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools. 5. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
