Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Al Tazaj in Medina, SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience, but we are also open to fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities: - Assisting with day-to-day operations tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer service - Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner - Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high sanitation standards - Supporting the management team in various administrative duties as needed
