Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Medina. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our shipping company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist in the planning and execution of shipping schedules - Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that may arise - Update and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices - Provide leadership and support to junior operations staff - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes - Support management in implementing new strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about the shipping industry - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of shipping and logistics operations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
