Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Operations Associate at the Savola Group in Mecca, SA is responsible for providing support to the operations team in various functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations activities - Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency - Maintain and update operational databases and reports - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures - Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement - Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets - Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Confident and able to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve - Proven experience in operations or a related field - Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
