Operations Associate

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a confident and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of operational processes and procedures. 2. Provide support in managing inventory and tracking supplies. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the operations department. 5. Support in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members. 7. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Confident and driven personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
