Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

The Operations Associate at Saudi Aramco will be responsible for managing various operational tasks and processes within the company. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field and possess strong adaptability and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficiency within the organization. 2. Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to address operational challenges. 3. Conduct negotiations with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms for the company. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. 5. Support the implementation of new systems or technologies to enhance operational efficiency. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and report on the success of operational initiatives. 8. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all operational tasks.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Adaptable and resourceful mindset to navigate complex operational challenges. 8. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operational management.
