Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SABIC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry level position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing and interpreting operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations - Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals - Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational processes - Proactively identify and address operational issues as they arise

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with strong communication skills - Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred (but not required) - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
