Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company in Mecca, SA. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a high level of independence and confidence, as well as exceptional persuasion and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growing account revenue and meeting sales targets - Provide timely and accurate reports on account status and sales metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account management strategies - Handle any client complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or customer service roles - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Confidence in dealing with high-level executives and decision-makers - Ability to understand complex technical products and services - Experience working in the energy industry is a plus
