Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, account management, and other related tasks - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze situations and problem-solve effectively - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving goals set by the company - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the chat support system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer support experience

Requirements: - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally - Proficient in using chat support software and other customer service tools - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Experience in project management or the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
