Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resourceful and passionate individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist with the coordination and implementation of client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Assist in the development and execution of client support strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong project management skills. 5. Resourceful and passionate attitude towards client support. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
