Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients in Jeddah, SA.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
