Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

We are currently seeking a remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Yanbu Cement Company. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests - Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and ensure they are met - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships - Monitor client accounts and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues proactively


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
