Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate data entry. 3. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Utilizing various communication channels to reach out to customers and address their needs. 5. Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement. 6. Providing support for sales and marketing initiatives. 7. Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all customer interactions. 8. Possessing excellent people management skills to handle various customer personalities effectively.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of previous experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Passionate and resourceful attitude towards customer service. 7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
