Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Zain Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from the location of your choice. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, energetic, and possess strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or live chat - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to promote customer loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team

Requirements: - No prior experience is required for this position - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be comfortable working in a remote environment
