Job Description:
Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Manager to join our team in a part-time, work from home position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a mid-to-senior level role, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with our company. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are understood and met. 5. Create and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement. 6. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value and retention.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
