Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

ACWA Power is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient and independent, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests - Track and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction and success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and proactively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient and adaptable to change - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
