Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Airlines is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our remote team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Providing accurate information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and booking options. 3. Assisting customers with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their bookings. 4. Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on airline policies and procedures. 8. Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Driven and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
