Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns - Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality service delivery
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality traits - Soft skills in communication and innovation - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection - Must be fluent in English - High school diploma or equivalent required
