Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience - Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives to provide high-quality support to customers - Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement chat support strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements in live chat support
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment - Confident and motivated personality traits - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Proven ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
