Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Al-Yamama in Medina, SA. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online chat support team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize online chat support processes and improve overall customer experience. 3. Train and mentor online chat support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 4. Monitor online chat support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support to continuously improve service quality. 7. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 8. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the online chat support team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online chat support or customer service roles. 3. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 4. Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance improvements. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Adaptable and hardworking with a positive attitude towards challenges. 7. Proficiency in using online chat support software and tools. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
