Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Saudi Post is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. This part-time position requires someone who is energetic, motivated, and possesses excellent time management and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the online contact center operations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. 4. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 6. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to continually improve the online contact center.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in a contact center management role. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
