Job Description - Client Service Representative


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Representative to join our team at Saudi Ceramics in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while also working to drive sales and promote our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend appropriate products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets - Monitor and track client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition in order to provide expert advice to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4 years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be detail-oriented and organized
