Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work from home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, creative, and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve client services. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction. 6. Provide support for client events or projects as needed. 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
