Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in client support.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with solutions and support - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent client support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and leadership skills to address complex client issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
