Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


National Water Company is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess excellent communication and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding water services - Provide exceptional customer service to all callers, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication within the contact center - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management - Work closely with the Contact Center Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Innovative thinker with a positive attitude towards challenges
