Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, inquiries, and issues - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing cancellations, and resolving any concerns or complaints - Utilize company resources and systems to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the contact center operations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Experience working in a contact center or customer service role preferred - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
