Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity for travel, Paid Time Off (PTO), and free food.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed - Process orders and payments accurately - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Motivated and energetic personality - Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
