Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, setting goals and providing guidance and support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and deliver customer service training programs for staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives through community engagement and giving back programs


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
