Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Post is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
