Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance customer experience and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and drive improvements - Provide regular communication and updates to customers on new features, updates, and best practices - Conduct customer training sessions and webinars as needed - Act as an advocate for the customer within the organization to ensure their needs are met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities and creativity in problem-solving - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of customer success best practices and tools - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
