Live Chat Officer

Job description:

We are seeking a resourceful and hardworking Live Chat Officer to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Mecca. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This position is part-time and entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and provide assistance through live chat - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Escalate issues as needed to the appropriate departments - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Previous customer service experience preferred - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Fluency in Arabic and English is required
