Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective online client service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and other technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and enhance the online client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain online clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve online client service - Provide support for other online client service initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
