As the Online Customer Support Manager at United Electronics Company, located in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for leading a team of online customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction ratings. 2. Manage and lead a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and effective manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products and services. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 7. Provide training and development opportunities for the online customer support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 5. Proven track record of working well in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 7. Experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
