Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and confident Personal Assistant to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Mecca, SA. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, handling various tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations and efficiency within the company. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events for senior executives. 2. Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and transportation for executives as needed. 3. Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and projects. 4. Handle confidential information and maintain discretion in all interactions. 5. Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports as requested. 6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives. 7. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. 9. Support the team with any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. 7. Must be resourceful and confident in handling various tasks and issues. 8. Soft skills in planning and presentation are highly valued.
