Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a motivated and driven Support Specialist to work from home in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic in their planning, has strong problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency with computer systems and navigating multiple software applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
