Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and clients, offering technical support, and handling various administrative tasks. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing industry.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Assisting with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required - Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Driven and energetic personality traits - Soft skills such as teamwork and innovation - No prior experience required - we are looking for individuals eager to learn and grow with us
