Web Chat Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Ceramics in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable with excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
